Our Company:
Promise Hotels is a privately owned hotel development and hospitality management company. We provide management services and investment opportunities in the mid-scale market.

Promise Hotels is a community minded hotel management company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma that staffs over 175 associates in the area. Through these associates and team members we are the leaders in the hospitality industry in areas of acquisitions, development and rebranding. We are proud of not only developing and creating new hotels, but being able to be “turnaround specialists” for distressed properties. We take pride in our ability identify, acquire, grow, and protect assets.

Currently, we own 10 and operate 9 hotel properties in the Tulsa area market providing over 600 rooms. We hold franchise licenses with top franchise companies including Choice Hotels International, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Wyndam Worldwide. Our brands include Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Suites, Comfort Inn, Quality Suites and Days Inn with licenses to develop Candlewood Suites and Holiday Inn Hotel.
